About Edistorm
Edistorm is a privately held company based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
The name Edistorm is a mashup of Edison and Brainstorm and is inspired by Thomas Edison's idea factories.
The core concept behind Edistorm was originally conceived in the 1980's by Edistorm's Founder as a paper based brainstorming method using unique colored papers for each participant. The key behind the methodology was people getting credit for their ideas while allowing dozens of people to brainstorm simultaneously.
Now Edistorm is bringing the power of this methodology to the internet. Enabling groups of 8, 80 or 8,000,000 to solve information problems faster and better than ever before.
